Quick Salad

Here is an idea for when you are hungry and want something fast to fix. It also is a use for that pâté you have in the refrigerator.

Advance prep: pre-prepared pâté, dehydrated crackers

Any leftover vegetables

Chop into small pieces whatever veggies you have in the refrigerator, such as cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, peas, etc. Top with a large spoonful or two of pâté and mix well. Served with a few dehydrated crackers topped with sprouts, it is a satisfying, quick and easy meal. Serves one.
